 I will work to resolve the issues my clients are dealing with, using whatever techniques are effective.  Below are some of the treatment specific techniques, and the prices I charge to perform them.

Therapeutic massage

Therapeutic massage works to relieve chronically held muscles that seem to "always" ache or don't seem to get released through other therapy. NMT works to re-educate the muscle back to its desired state of relaxation. Mostly based in neuromuscular therapy, IASTM, and myofascial release. These techniques also helps to speed injury recovery.

​Kinesiology Taping

I have learned a technique with Kenesiology tape that helps to myofascially pull muscles back to their orignal position. The taping can be worn for days and has an accumlative effect to reposture the muscles.
